The operator processes the personal data of the persons concerned exclusively to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose and business conditions.

The controller will keep the personal data in a form that allows the identification of the data subject at the latest as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal data are processed and / or to assert a legal claim. The controller will keep the personal data until the end at the latest, if the data subject does not exercise his right to revoke the consent to the processing of personal data earlier. The controller will keep personal data at the latest as long as it is necessary to fulfill the obligations under a special regulation.
Identification of recipients of personal data:
The Operator is not entitled to provide personal data of the persons concerned to any third parties with the exception of the Intermediary.
Rights of data subjects:
if the legal reason for processing the personal data of the data subject is his / her consent, the data subject may withdraw the consent at any time at the e-mail address below. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent, which was previously given before its revocation. The data subject has the right to revoke the consent at any time by e-mail at: grobarcikova@djg-group.eu
the data subject has the right to request from the Operator, upon request, confirmation of whether or not the data subject is being processed and, if so, to request information on the processing of personal data concerning the data subject.
the data subject has the right to rectify the personal data concerning him or her. In order to ensure the accuracy of the personal data of the data subject, each data subject is obliged to report accurate and true personal data and any changes to the personal data provided by the data subject to the Operator.
the data subject has the right to the transfer of personal data concerning him / her provided to the Operator, in a structured commonly used and machine readable format, if the data subject's personal data is processed in an automated form and on the basis of contracts or consent of the data subject and before retention of personal data. The exercise of this right must not adversely affect the rights of others.
The data subject has the right to the destruction of personal data (right to delete personal data) which are subject to processing if the law has been violated, or upon appeal, or if the purpose of the processing has ended or after the personal data retention period has expired. The right to liquidation of personal data does not apply if the processing of personal data is necessary for: the exercise of the right to freedom of expression or the exercise of the right to information, the fulfillment of obligations under Act no. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of other laws (effective from 25.5.2018) or a special regulation, the exercise of a legal claim for the purpose of archiving, for scientific purposes, for the purposes of historical research or for statistical purposes according to § 78 par. 8, where the law referred to in paragraph 1 is likely to make it impossible or seriously difficult to achieve the objectives of such processing.
The right to restrict the processing of personal data if: the data subject objects to the accuracy of personal data during a period allowing the Operator to verify the accuracy of personal data, the processing of personal data is illegal and the data subject objects to the deletion of personal data and requests data for the purpose of processing personal data, but the data subject needs them to exercise a legal claim, or the data subject objects to the processing of personal data pursuant to § 27 para. 1 of Act no. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of other laws (effective from 25.5.2018), until the verification that the legitimate reasons on the part of the operator outweigh the legitimate reasons of the data subject.
In case of suspicion that personal data are being processed illegally, the data subject has the right to initiate proceedings on personal data protection to the Office for Personal Data Protection.
